Raffle donations/Sponsoring events

We're sorry and wish we could support but this is not something we can offer at this time. We are such a small business with very tight margins and cannot afford to give free chocolate. If you would like to discuss wholesale pricing for the event, please email wholesale@bareboneschocolate.co.uk

My order tracking is not updating

We ship all parcels Royal Mail tracked 24 (unless specified DPD or over 2kg). Royal Mail will update the tracking number once delivery has been attempted. If you order exceeds 3 weeks, it normally means Royal Mail have lost your parcel :(. Please get in touch if this is the case.

Are any of your chocolates vegan?

We are proud to say that most of our chocolate is vegan. Have a browse through our vegan friendly goods!

Can I visit the factory?

You can visit our factory shop and small cafe Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Here we have our full collection of chocolate and goodies, as well at hot chocolate for sit in and take away!

Please note: the chocolate production space is not open to the public and cannot be seen from the shop.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes! Dogs are welcome in our shop front and small cafe section. We have a dog wall that we would love to feature your doggo on too!

Will you be running more tasting events?

We are now taking a break from tasting events as we approach the busy festive season. Please sign up to our newsletter for updates on future tasting event dates.

Are you open weekends?

At the moment we are not open weekends but often open for special holidays or events. Sign up to our newsletter for updates!

If you need to update addresses or amend your order, please email mybarebonesorder@gmail.com and we will try to fix it. Please do not email any other email or fill in the contact form as your message may not be seen in time.

Rick Stein's Food Stories

Please note that there is up to a 2 week delay in dispatching orders as we featured on Rick Stein's Food Stories. The response has been absolutely incredible and we thank you so much for your support and orders.

We are a very small team with limited machinery, but we are working as fast as we can to get everything dispatched as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your patience.
