This chocolate is a celebration of our long-standing partnership with Glasgow and Edinburgh based Ka Pao restaurant. Together we have been on a journey to find the perfect cacao beans from South East Asia. 

These incredible beans are meticulously grown, harvested and fermented on a single-farm by Nguyen Van Doai. 

Taste notes of intense chocolate and dried and mango.

Region: Lam Dom Province in the het highlands of South East Vietnam

Fermentation: Pre-drainage, fermented 6 days in wooden boxes

    Oh wow, Ka Pao definitely packs a punch, I would suggest you work up to this one!
    As I said, it packs a punch but it would be unfair to say it's bitter - although smooth, it's possibly the strongest tastiest dark chocolate I have tried.
