The best chocolate Rick Stein has ever tasted!!

Single origin Dominican Republic 68% dark chocolate with taste notes of salted caramel and roasted hazelnuts. The Maldon salt is ground smooth through the chocolate for 72 hours and brings out the natural sweetness from the cacao. The salt creates the perfect balance of sweet and savoury – making it incredibly complex and moreish.

Tasty salty dark chocolate that’s good for cooking!

The first time I tasted this chocolate I found it a bit overpowering and a touch too salty. Also it reveals a liquorice after note which isn’t my favourite flavour either! But Ive since cooked with it with making cakes and croissants and thats worked really well!

The best chocolatier in the country

I love Barebones' chocolate. It is a limited range but each one in it lis superb. This one is no exception. The salty taste is very very light as it should be and is perfect for 68% dark chocolate. Try it and the others in their range.
