This chocolate is a celebration of our long-standing partnership with Glasgow and Edinburgh based Ka Pao restaurant. Together we have been on a journey to find the perfect cacao beans from South East Asia. 

These incredible beans are meticulously grown, harvested and fermented on a single-farm by Nguyen Van Doai. 

Taste notes of intense chocolate and dried and mango.

    By far the best chocolate I have tasted

    Rarely have I tried a chocolate that leaves me saying 'wow'!Having bought a bar of each of the darker blends, I can honestly say that you can identify clear flavour notes and characteristics that set each chocolate origin apart.
    Well done, guys, for bringing out the intricate differences of the chocolate. Unreal. My favourite is the Filipino bar as it is so unique, closely followed by this one and then the sea salt.

    Four gorgeous bars of chocolate from Bare Bones

    I had four lovely bars of chocolate from Bare Bones - once tasted I had to try and lock them away in the fridge to stop myself eating them in one go! The Vietnam 80% was my absolute favourite with the Guatemala and Madagascar a very close equal second; the Philippines type was not quite so moreish as the others but still lovely. Treat yourself!
