Cocoa nibs are full of flavour and have powerful nutritional benefits. They are rich in amazing nutrients such as minerals (magnesium, iron, copper, manganese, zinc), fibre, proteins, flavonoid antioxidants (which studies show lowers the risk of heart disease and cancers!) and theobromine (a known mood and energy booster).
These Dominican nibs have a rich chocolate and nutty tone. They are fantastic on their own, in smoothies, granola or through any dessert for a 'choc-chip' crunch!
As bean to bar makers, we source and import cocoa beans from cooperatives around the world. Once they arrive at our workshop, the beans are sorted for defects or cracks and roasted to a very precise heat profile to release the incredible, natural flavours of the beans.
After roasting, we remove the outer husk of the bean (which we use to make our cocoa husk syrup!) through a process called winnowing and are left with the cocoa nib which we use to make chocolate.
We are proud to be sustainable.
All of our packaging is from recycled sources and can be recycled or composted after use.
Our beautiful colourful boxes are made from recycled paper and can be recycled after use.
The inside wrapper of our bars is made from plants and can be composted after use.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Please note during busy seasons orders can be delayed. Shipped in a recycled envelope via Royal Mail (Tracked 24) or carbon-neutral courier (DPD).
All of our chocolate may contain traces of milk. Please see each individual product for ingredients list.
