We ship from our chocolate factory in Glasgow, Scotland using Royal Mail + DPD.

Can I add a message to my order?

Of course! Please add your handwritten message in the box at the checkout. You can even choose from a Bare Bones postcard too!

Are the marshmallows suitable for vegans?

The marshmallows are pescatarian and not suitable for veggies. We hope to get the vegan marshmallows back in stock very soon!

I have purchased a Golden Ticket, how do I redeem it?
