Ordering in the summer months 🌞

During the summer months, we check the forecast daily in correspondence with each postcode to determine whether it is too hot to send our chocolate. If the temperature is to reach 27°C, we will hold your order as this is the melting point for chocolate. As a result, there may be delays when ordering. 

Please note that we cannot guarantee that our chocolate will arrive without melting. We don’t utilise thermal protection. To reduce the risk of heat damage, we suggest placing your order at the beginning of the week and opting for DPD shipping or Royal Mail Tracked 24.
