We're very excited to now be offering a speciality hot chocolate for kids. Taste notes of chocolate cake.
£1 from every 250g bag sold we be donated to a children's charity (first charity: Glasgow Royal Hospital for Children) and £3 from each kg bag.
Saucepan: Add 150ml of milk to a saucepan with 30g of chocolate. Mix with a handheld whisk until all the chocolate is melted. Continue to heat until warmed through - make sure not to simmer or overheat.
Microwave: Add 150ml of milk to mug, microwave for 1 minute, add 30g of chocolate and whisk. (do not microwave with the chocolate on top of the milk as it can burn the chocolate).
Velvetiser: You can also make our hot chocolate with a milk frother. Our hot chocolate flakes work perfectly with the Hotel Chocolat velvetiser.
Ingredients: Raw unrefined cane sugar*, cocoa beans, cocoa butter*, Maldon sea salt. *organic.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Please note during busy seasons orders can be delayed. Shipped in a recycled envelope via Royal Mail (Tracked 24 or 48) or carbon-neutral courier (DPD).
