This chocolate is a celebration of our long-standing partnership with Glasgow and Edinburgh based Ka Pao restaurant. Together we have been on a journey to find the perfect cacao beans from South East Asia. 

These incredible beans are meticulously grown, harvested and fermented on a single-farm by Nguyen Van Doai. 

Taste notes of intense chocolate and dried and mango.

Region: Lam Dom Province in the het highlands of South East Vietnam

Our beautiful colourful boxes are made from recycled paper and can be recycled after use. 

The inside wrapper of our bars is made from plants and can be composted after use.

    Darkly delicious!

    Delicious strong chocolate for those who prefer cocoa to sugar. Full of flavour, with a rich but non-greasy mouthfeel. Well worth trying!

    Bare Bones really make the most wonderful chocolate! I especially love the extra smooth dark 80% chocolate that they lovingly make, you can taste the care and skill that goes into producing such a high quality fabulous chocolate. I would highly recommend that you try the Bare Bones Chocolate and taste for yourself, you will want more! It's so refreshing to see young people who want to create a quality product, concerned about where they source their ingredients and the farmers who grow them.
