It's back! Our beloved salted white chocolate is here for Christmas.
Made with natural, organic cocoa butter from the Dominican Republic and stone ground with the finest Maldon sea salt and unrefined cane sugar. The cocoa butter has not been deodorised, so some of the chocolate flavour remains within it, resulting in beautiful tones of butterscotch. We have tweaked the recipe slightly this year to include a little less salt, so it is tasting really balanced.
