Single origin Dominican Republic 68% dark chocolate with taste notes of salted caramel and roasted hazelnuts. The Maldon salt is ground smooth through the chocolate for 72 hours and brings out the natural sweetness from the cacao. The salt creates the perfect balance of sweet and savoury – making it incredibly complex and moreish.

    My favourite chocolate

    I was introduced to Bare Bones when a friend gave me 4 x mini bars as a gift. It was the best present ever. Fabulous chocolate and a brilliant service. I order on repeat now. Also love the fact it’s made locally in Glasgow.
