Single origin Dominican Republic 68% dark chocolate with taste notes of salted caramel and roasted hazelnuts. The Maldon salt is ground smooth through the chocolate for 72 hours and brings out the natural sweetness from the cacao. The salt creates the perfect balance of sweet and savoury – making it incredibly complex and moreish.

    Delicious!

    I tried a sample of this at a cafe in Leigh on Sea. I’d left the café by the time I tried it so it was too late to buy some from there. I thought it was so good that I had to buy three bars online!

    Luxury in a bar

    I've had plain salted chocolate from another maker which I thought to be lovely, but this Bare Bones Salted chocolate beats that hands down.
    The salt carries throughout each segment (rather than surprising you with the odd flake) the Dominican cocoa really makes a difference, it is real luxury in a bar
