Limited Edition: Lunar Cookie Chocolate – as featured in Annalisa Barbieri's Observer column

We are so excited to announce another collaboration with our friends Sam + Anna of two.eight.seven bakery in the Southside of Glasgow. 

Their lunar cookie is a rich and soft buckwheat and cocoa cookie. It is glazed with our Dominican salted chocolate and topped with a white chocolate buttercream that changes with the phases of the moon. It's a staple and favourite at the bakery! 

The cookie has been stoneground with 77% Guatemalan chocolate. Sprinkled with crumb and dipped in salted white chocolate to resemble the frosted moon. 

Taste notes of deep cocoa with a gentle buckwheat sweetness. 

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, raw unrefined cane sugar*, lunar cookie (25%) (buckwheat flour, soft light brown sugar, unsalted butter, cocoa powder, semi-skimmed milk, 68% Dominican salted chocolate, fine sea salt, bicarbonate of soda%), white chocolate (cocoa butter*, unrefined cane sugar, milk powder, sea salt).  *organic.
