    Who Knew?

    I bought these as a surprise for my wife.
    We eat dark chocolate almost every evening and I must confess I was expecting same old dark chocolate with maybe a twist or addition.
    What we got was an absolute eye opener as to what can be achieved by someone who knows what they are doing! Each different bar has its own unique flavour with a texture to match!
    What a delightful experience, one we shall be doing again soon!

    It's all about the flavour and taste !!. Simply lovely, very different from the normal mass produced bars. Lots of subtlety, and changing tastes, not greasy or cloying. The tasting notes were a welcome addition. All this coupled with really fast service - whats not to like
