Rich in salted caramel tones and delicate nutty flavours - working very well with cows milk and alternatives.

For the dad who cooks, or who simply loves food. Rick Stein's Food Stories is the kind of cookbook that really does get used. Rick Stein visited our workshop as part of his Food Stories series on BBC, and said our chocolate was "the best chocolate I've ever tasted!"

Three small-batch, hand-blended spice mixes in reusable camp-sized tins. This bundle brings together three delicious flavours: Smokey Jalapeño + Peach, Maple Chilli Salt and Soy, Ginger + Sesame.

We love Dundee-based duo Brinewaves - founded by two musicians, they make seriously good pickles and donate £1 from every jar to Music Venue Trust, supporting grassroots music venues across the UK.
